Dealer installed heat shield
Does anyone have a photo of what the dealer installed heat shield looks like for the 2000-2001 Cherokees. This is the shield they installed to help stop throwing the PO303 code for number 3 cylinder. I am fighting this as it it now is causing severe start up after shutdown wont idle pops and misses . I have changed all the parts related to this and it went away and comes back and its at its worst now. There are no other codes but po303. If restarted within minutes of shut down ok wait ten minutes forget it 20 minutes it starts. I don't think the winter blend of California gas is helping either. Just curious what the shield looks like.
