I just changed out my power steering pump on my 99 xj. There was no power steering below 1200 rpms so I thought it was the pump. I changed the pump and now there is no ps at all. Any ideas?

 

another member had this same problem ended up getting jy pump ,he tryed 4 pumps b4 that all were junk

 

So I changed the pump from advanced with a pump from 99 cherokee from the jy. Still no power steering. Not even with the engine revved is there any ps. I find it hard to believe that it is a another bad pump. I was going to replace the pressure hose and see if that solves the problem. Any ideas?
