DD Help! Cleaned TB and crazy idle
Alright, I am pretty sure I know my problem but I need to double check before I spend money. My idle was weird so I decided to clean my TB and IAC. I was very careful, cleaned everything out, and reassembled. I only took the TPS off to look at, I didnt touch it with water or anything. It looked clean and good.
Now the jeep idles crazy. At first it would stay around 200rpm, sometimes die, sometimes idle normally. I drove it around and eventually seemed fine. Now my wife drove it to work and said it idled around 1500.
So I think I messed up my IAC pretty darn good, I was just going to buy a new one. My questions is, is there anything else that could have went wrong? Could the tps be causing this even though I didnt touch it?
Thanks a ton!

Hmm, I didn't disconnect the battery but I suppose it could be relearning the "clean" sensor. It's been driving about 10 miles stop/go and about 20 miles highway so far.

It should re-learn nearly instantly, there isn't any sort of substantial delay. It's more of a realtime feedback loop than anything.
