Have you pulled to see if it is blown?

If the fuse is good, have you checked for power with the ignition on? Headlight switch on?

Have you looked in the PDC for blown fuses?

I have a tester and I pulled out the fuse and touched the tester to fuse slot 19 and nothin no power is going to that spot I touched it to all the other fuse slots and it glowed like a christmas tree.

Jump the fuse to another one that has power or start tracing the circuit on fuse #19 to find where it's dying. Probably one of the only things you can do at this point.

rookie question but how do you jump fuses? It's so hard to track wires through the harness.

Angry

pull your radio and look for any cut wires or loose and untaped wires that might be touching any steel, like the outside of the radio or any other exposed steel in there. i had the same problem, couldnt figure it out, until i was told it had to be an exposed wire behind the stereo, so i pulled it back out several months later and looked, and looky here a damned cut wire with 1 strand sticking out a hair, son-of a-#itch!, heres another one! same way! my first crappy jvc was put in either by circuit city or best buy and they cut those wires and didnt tape them. i made sure they didnt touch anything and put a new fuse in and turned on the headlights and everthing worked.so then i taped them up and made sure there were no others and put the radio back in and no problems ever since.
