I just did this like a week ago. There are two screws on the top part by speedo. One by the head light switch and one more on above the cig lighter. The rest is held in with clips. After you get it loose in order to completely your going to have to remove the plastic behind the steering wheel, there is one phillips head screw and 2 torx (unsure of size).

I removed the little trim piece under the steering column that is part of that dash bezel trim. Once the screws were out I tilted the wheel down, grabbed the bezel at the gauge cluster at the top and over to the right as well with my right hand... a quick firm jerk and it popped out... then you want to finagle it a bit... be careful. Just grab the thickest parts, not the outside left and right edges.

It's trick, like you have to pull it up and back and then spin it to one side and flex it a bit to work it out.
Odd that I have done this several times this month and that is the best way I can described it.
If you have TILT STEERING - tilt it all the way down.

I also had to shave the radio opening just a bit to slide the cage for the new radio in... mine is held in place by the trim bezel and not the stuff that bolts to the radio inside the dash opening.
