Default Dana 44 question need fast reply please

http://boise.craigslist.org/pts/1172694869.html

This is a dana 44 for a 77 wagoneer.. is this a good deal? In general of course. Also would this require a lot of modification to replace mine on my 88 cherokee? Thanks. I have an 88 Auto I beleive I have the same gearing he has as well. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, it's a decent deal. You have 3.55s, not 3.73s, so that would have to be addressed, but at least the carrier is already out!!
