Default dana 30 yoke

I broke my bolts off my yoke the other day, I need to know that if I take the yoke off well it fuge up my gears and or what can I do to kit this.

ive done it before with no problems, just take the nut off and slide the yoke out and put another one on, torque to spec 210 btw replace the seal while your in there

Yeah that will work. but if he just sheared off the bolts that hold the u-joint straps putting a new yoke on will only be a temporary fix as he'll probably run into the same problem again. It'd make much more sense for him to do this: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/re...version-28141/

You can do the same thing to the front yoke as the u-joints are almost identical

your right thats the way my rear shaft is done at both ends i havent done the front yet*

Yeah man, the straps will cost you under $10 for two at Pep Boys or Autozone. If you broke a u-joint you can get a new one from Autozone that is "super strength" rated and has a lifetime warranty for $18. so under $30
