D44 Disc Brake Question Again
If I get the disc brake setup off a Grand cherokee with a 44 will it work with my cherokee 44. without any major fab work? is it just a bolt on thing? and if so what all parts will I need to get?

Backing plates, rotors, pads calipers(all from explorer 8.8), brake hoses. Also you will need to order spacers from tereflex or use 03-06 TJ axle retainer plates(with disk brakes) and redrill to make the work because the bolt pattern on the axle flange is different. Currie also make some axle retainers that will work but they are about $20 a piece. You need the spacers or different retainers because the disk brake backing plates are thicker than the drum brake backing plates and you will not have proper preload on your axle bearings if you do not use them.
