Just checked alldata.diy, and for my '92 it's 57lbs.
Edit: I believe that this is incorrect
Now, I just checked a '95 FSM, and it says 45lbs. for the Dana 30
This post (copied from FSM) also says 45lbs:

Bottom line:
45 ft.lbs. for Dana 30
57 ft.lbs. for Dana 35
70 ft.lbs. for Chrysler 8.25

I got it tore down tonight. Came apart super easy. Just gotta pop the seals out, clean the tubes out and put the new seals in and put it all back together
