Default Cylinder replacement help

Hello jeep friends
I am taking on a project to replace my cylinder head. I just received my refurbished head and there's a label on it I don't quite understand. Also I'm not sure what the cam seal is... .
I'm an amateur but I've been learning a lot just working on my jeep.
Thanks for the help in advance

We really don't have ANY idea as you didn't tell us what YEAR, trim level and engine your Jeep Cherokee has.....

Or are you working on a Honda?? In THAT case, yes.. Install a new cam seal.
