My 96 cherokee the ignition works when I start it and put it in on acc etc. Only problem is when I turn the key to start it and just release like normal I have to turn the key back to where it actually stays running I've tried alot of different things getting new dealer key made (old key was wore down and bent and entered back a few times.) is there a way to clean it? Or am I just better off getting a new switch or lock cylinder? Looking to avoid having two keys..
