Just realized the torque wrench I bought the other day only goes up to 80 ft/lbs...Can I torque these bolts to 80, then 20 more? Or just get a bigger one? My Jeeps a daily driver and I have no other car, so I might be done for the day if that's the case.

The only way to torque correctly to I'm guessing 100 ft/lbs here is to get a torque wrench capable of 100 ft/lbs or more. If I get what you're saying, once you're past 80 and it clicks or however the style your bought works, you won't get a higher reading, just guess work.
