Default Cyl 5 misfire & injector 5 open circuit

I have 2001 Cherokee with 58,000 miles. I've had the common cyl 3 misfire, I'm pretty mechanically inclined but I don't know what to do from here. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Do I buy new Mustang injectors?
Ditch the clutch fan and get e-fans?
Wrap header and insulate injectors?

So are you asking how to fix the cylinder 3 misfire (many times related to heat soak) or the cylinder 5 misfire/injector open (try swapping the injector to a different cylinder for starters and inspect the injector connector and every inch of wiring for that injector circuit).

Well when I went out to my Jeep this morning fired up nice and smooth. Ran fine. The cyl 3 misfire happens all the time... And usually clears itself. The cyl 5 misfire and injector is something new that just happened yesterday for the first time. Went to lowes fine, got in and it was shaking a little figured it was just the cyl 3 and it would clear up as I got some air flowing. About a quarter mile down the road CEL light stated flashing and it felt like I was in an earthquake. Haha I limped her home, cooled off. Started back up about 20 mins later. Drove fine...
