Just double checking some things today and my transfer case doesn't fit.
Both parts came from different vehicles and I learned today that the input
shafts come in different lengths. It obviously has the medium length --can I just cut down the output shaft from the tranny to make up the difference? It's less than half an inch and it's splined the whole way into
the transmission.
