Cruise only works when I hold the “set” button down
That PCM definitely isn't a 2007. :}
You might be onto something with the PCM needing to be for a manual, but I can't see what would be different looking at the wiring. I don't see an input for a clutch or neutral switch. There is an input for the brake switch on pin 29, but I would assume it wouldn't engage at all if it thinks the brake is applied. You verified pin 29 changes voltage with the brake pedal?

And no, I haven’t checked pin 29 yet. Only reason why is because it engages if I hold the button down and will disengage if I press the brake pedal while holding the button down. But if I let off the button nothing works

Well, I had some free time today to test the servo. As per the instructions in 8H, I jumped pin 2 from the connector to pin 2 of the servo and tested for battery voltage at the other pins. I couldn't find any voltage at all 3 pins, and I could only find battery voltage at pin 2. I tested pin 1 for a short circuit to ground, and it's not shorted to ground. I don't know why I can't find battery voltage at pins 1,3,4, and this makes me think that maybe the servo I got was defective.
Any inputs?

A few years back I ended up replacing my PCM.
I sourced it from Flagship One and they flashed it to my miles and vin.
here is a link https://www.fs1inc.com/
hope this helps

That’s who i’m gonna buy from, eventually. Just need to get some things in order before I buy it.
And I’m honestly surprised that they have one for my manual 2.5. I can’t find that one anywhere else online
