Cruise control added in but not exactly sure

Cruise control added in but not exactly sure
So i have this dumb cruise control lever i always mistaken for my turn signal (have no idea if it works 
) and im about 100% sure its not at all factory but i wanna know is it or not because i thought that if it had cruise control it was on the steering wheel any info would be appreciated. Thanks
