Cruise Control

My 99 XJ cruise control hasnt worked since i bought it i checked all the vacuum lines and they are good im pretty sure its electrical any ideas.

Any other issues? airbag light, or horn? sometimes the "clockspring" goes bad. Some times it can be as simple as a stop lamp switch.

No other issues thanks ill try the clockspring.
