Cruise Control
Cruise control went out about a month ago purchased new stalk (lettering gone) replaced not operational. Checked the vacuum line from intake manifold to cruise servo seems to be good. Is there a fuse that controls the cruise control? Also, does the vacuum bottle come into play with cruise control. My AC/Heater controls work fine. Any hints on troubleshooting would be much appreciated.

Took the servo unit out today and removed the electrical connector and housing that has three coil wires the center wire is disconnected. I will replace and report back. Thanks

The Clock Spring is the ribbon wire unit that connects buttons on the steering wheel to the column as normal wires would tangle/snap if moving with a steering wheel.

On the wiring diagram I'm looking at, it only shows a single switch which my 95 XJ also has. From what I can gather there should be a Yellow/Red wire going to the switch which I believe should be an ignition live with the CC switch pressed in to turn it on. With the pedal resting, there should be power coming out from the switch on a Dark Blue/Red wire and when pressed, this connection is broken. That Dark Blue/Red wire should then go off to the servo. I'd say the easiest way to check the switch if I'm reading this correctly is to:
Pin 8 should have the 12v feed on the right hand side (from the image)
If found there, do a resistance check on pins 8 & 9 on the left hand half and with the pedal resting, there should be low resistance and when pressed, open circuit should be read. A high resistance on the switch would probably cause an issue.
If anyone more knowledgeable about this finds anything wrong with what I've said, please let me know.
- Check for the 12v on the DB/Rd wire at the servo end with the ignition on
- If there, press the brake pedal and while pressed, check the voltage, should be near 0v
- Check the Black wire at the servo end for a good ground connection

Checked the Blue and Red wire it has 12VDC and the ground is good. I have another cruise control stalk will test and if that does not work I have another brake switch. Will report back.

Have you checked to see if your vacuum reservoir/lines/fittings are sound? I see you did check the line from the manifold to the servo but that's not the only component in the system supporting vacuum for the servo.
