Arrow A croooked engine

Alright so i have been kicking around here for a long time and i finally decided to join. i love this website, and hopefully you all can help me with my problem.

i will try to make this as short and simple as possible. i bought a 94 country a while ago and the engine was so loud in gear at idle. turns out the engine mounts were jacked up real bad so i replaced them. while replacing them the driver side engine bracket for the mount does not line up with the mount spot on the body. it took alot to wedge, and shove my pin back through the hole. i couldnt figure out why the passenger side went on fine. so now the mount is on and it looks like the old one with the exception that its new. the rubber is all being pushed out of the mount towards the front of the engine. it looks like the engine sits crooked in the hood. if you are standing infront the engine it looks like the driverside of the engine is pushed a little forward towards the front. just enough to not notice unless you are looking.

i checked the tranny mount and it seems fine although i am going to replace it anyways soon. so here is my question or few of them. i want to know if i can adjust this somehow because the engine still shakes cause the bracket is making contact with the mount still.

or can i bend the engine brackets and mounts with a hammer ever so slightly to fit right. or is there something that can be checked? any help would be greatly appreciated. i am at wits end and cant seem to figure this one out.

Lossen both mounts and jack the engine up just enough that you can shift it side to side until you have a balance , then lower back down and tighten the mounts

So you sayin loosen the mounts on the actual frame and not the engine mount Brackets which are atached to the engine
