crankshaft sensor bolts ?

Default crankshaft sensor bolts ?

hello recently changed my tranny and some how between the three people helping we forgot to disconnect the crankshaft senser from old trans before giving it off for core. so i know longer have the previous bolts can anyone tell me what size bolts i need to secure the crankshaft senser to the transmission if tried h8 1.25 30 mm long from o riellys it doens seem to want to start.

Oddly enough I believe mine were 1/4-20 x 3/4" American size bolts. A 7/16" wrench fit on correctly and I can't find any metric bolt size that takes a 7/16" or 11 mm wrench. I didn't measure the bolt but that's what I got.

Those are special bolts. The parts catalogs don't even list them.


I think they are M6 bolts.

Not sure about this but I ran across a part number for "Crankshaft Bolts".


Part number 6503520. Dims are M7x1.00x25 mm. 25 mm is 1".


See if you can get one from the dealer and see if it looks like the bolts Cruiser's pic.

they are m6's i didnt go to the dealer but i did find some that ended up working at oriellys 10 min drive vs hour drive to dealership to get oem.
