Default crankshaft????

Does anyone know if the crankshaft in a 95 4.0 is differant than a 90 4.0? I have 2 junals #3 and #5 that have to much end play ( movement forward and backwards) in my 1990 4.0. For a quick fix I want to put a good spair crank in, that is out of a 95.

Any help????

They are the same stroke, and have the same journal diameter on both the mains and rods. As long as its in spec for taper and isn't chewed up you're good. I'd use new bearings if it is within spec, for a little added insurance.
