Cranks but will not start
Hey, all...Having some XJ issues!
I was driving along at highway speeds and lost power when attempting to accelerate up an incline (engine started skipping, and then I lost power everything and the engine cut out). Cranked but would not start again for about 15 minutes. It then started up fine and was running well. I proceeded to the nearest exit and took a break (was assuming an overheating issue). Then I got back on the highway and had the same problem within a mile.
Since then, it cranks normally but will not start.
Replaced: Spark plugs, cap, rotor, CPS
Tested: Injectors
Going to test: Compression, fuel pressure (the pump works, I just don't know if it is outputting the necessary pressure)
Any ideas about what it could be? My latest thought was that it could be the ECU, but I really have no idea.
Thanks!

Are you getting any spark at the sparkplugs? If not it could possibly your coil or even the camshaft position sensor. A camshaft position ssensor going out will cause the same issues as a crankshaft position sensor (cps) going out. Id also check the fuel pressure to ensure you are getting the correct fuel pressure.
