I did the 136 amp alternator upgrade and now my jeep will crank (good battery,) but will not start. There's fuel at the fuel rail

too much tension on the belt??

all 5 wires on the alternator are hooked up, batterys hooked up good.

Triple check everything you touched and surrounding parts. Engines are simple really, you need fuel, air, and spark to run. Check for spark and check the FUEL PRESSURE, don't just check to see if its getting fuel.

The overflow bottle got hit by the gas when I pushed the zerx . There was pressure!

I guess while fumbling big Bertha into her spot it ripped the coil pack female end off. No Sparky. I knew it had to be something stupid..

"I hope I never have to change the cps" Maybe you should do it every 10 years, weather it needs it or not.
