ok I'll assemble those scope tools along with, spark tester, and new compression Guage.

Now at risk of being a dumb question: I have not had the battery load tested. It's a fairly newer Duracell agm. The car had no struggle, no starting issues or power outage before it died, it.just shut off clean. Does this sound like something worth checking? It's still cranking the engine after all this testing. I'd it can crank, could spark still be too weak, or would that be a faulty ignition coil then?

Got the spark tester, and guess what. It doesn't light, i believe its a dud bulb. The spark is extremely weak coming from the coil out to a screwdriver to a wire on the ground of the battery (excessive but a clean ground). I also got a battery charger as I have not made my battery happy with testing. Another compression tester is awaiting me as well.
Amongst getting the Jeep moved( winched) into a new location, I have tried starting with starter fluid, fail. I have also tried testing the ignition coil based on this thread: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/99-...-tests-221715/
The rail test 1.4ohm on the primary side, But 6.8K ohms on the secondary side, which is lower than the aftermarket specifications.

Ha, I know this is a big push to figure out what's going on. I just want to be able to find and understand what is wrong with the jeep and why. If it's a sensor, I just hope I can see something that will tell me it is a problem, instead of blindly firing the part cannon at probable issues.

Lets say it is the crank sensor, yet we do show a clean (afaik) square wave. What Voltage specifications would a tech be using to determine it is out of spec? Is this just left to the almighty drbiii?

I need to backprobe the ignition pcm primary side of the plug to the coil still.
