Default Crank no start No. ???

Okay, so I was doing some wiring the other day with headlights and everything worked fine with them and the whole car later that night. I wake up the next morning and the car will crank but won't start. When check engine was checked, it said that the ASD relay was bad, so I replaced it and fully tested the port. It had plenty of power and read correctly. There's a list of things below that I've run through to try and figure this out, but the basis is that when I crank the engine, the injectors won't feed fuel into the engine to start. But if you give it some starting fluid it starts up just fine. When testing the volts output when the engine is running, all 6 injectors get 12v. The rail has 47.6 PSI of fuel pressure. I checked the crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor, which were both a recommended check by a buddy, and they are both good to go. I checked and cleaned the two grounds on the left side of the block that runs the battery and both of the position sensors. I' completely stumped at this point. Lastly, my alternator would not charge my battery on the ride over to my buddy's shop but the alternator is not more than 2-3 months old. Does anyone have the next step I should take?

Please and thanks.

How exactly were these sensors determined to be "good to go"?

I used a multimeter to check both before hand and than also replaced them just to be safe.

OK that's meaningless. Gonna need a lot more info. Unless the PCM gets data nothing will happen, and given the history you could have fried almost anything.

From what I’ve done in my knowledge, I’m at a point where I don’t really know what to test next. Like said, when I’d did research it said to check the crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, ASD relay, and the grounds that correlate.

A couple things. When you post make sure you note what you're working on. Year, AT/MT, etc. so people won't have to try to figure that out from old posts.

Again, how did you test those sensors? Resistance? Voltage? Pulsations?

Any MIL codes?

More in a min...

Oh right-- 2001-- I think...

4 oxygen sensors or 2.

IMO this is where you need to test:

And specifically, the PCM needs to be seeing these CPS/CKS signals in pretty much this exact configuration:

The schematic is from the 2000 manual but it should be the same. Turning the engine over by hand and key on, measure the signal voltage at the PCM for the 2 sensors. It should pulsate at 5.0 VDC. Might be less if you turn the engine over quickly.
