That's pretty dry. Pull the cap off the fuel rail and depress the Schrader valve (either while starting or right after a start attempt). Don't stand in front of it or be smoking while you do this. Cover with rag to deflect any spray.

Although I think we're looking at a general fuel problem IIWY and had the socket out I'd check 'em all. Chances are they're all pretty toasty, but we're only at the beginning.

Check the pressure and pull the rest of the plugs anyway. That plug looks like it's burning pretty lean.

Ill test for spark but will need to go to AZ to get the meter. Unless you guys know other way...

Put the wire on the plug, rest the plug on the block and crank the engine. You should see an arc. Might need some help on this to make sure there's a good ground.
