Hi all
just a couple of questions as im new to this and jeeps,i have a 1995 N reg 2.5td sport le manual jeep cherokee.
I bought the jeep yesterday but have no manual/useguide for it.
1st question - Under the hood and the top side theres a white fluid container is this for hydraulic fluid for the suspension?? i have topped up all the other required fluids - clutch,brake,coolant,oil,power steering and theres an orange sign in the centre of the dash board just below the clock with some kind of fluid sign with a cross on,its an orange warning sign?? any ideas? and at the side it sometimes flashes check gauge when i start the engine? The white container i mentioned earlier look similar to an oil filter and theres no fluid in it??
Also,sometimes the gears are sticking and i cant get them out without stalling the car,i dont know if this is because it has been stood for 8 weeks before i got it??
The clutch feels fine,and normally it changes gear fine but on the odd occassion it does this which is quite annoying,any ideas?
