Default Correct (original) radiator cap pressure for an '01....16psi?

Hey Guys - This seems like a pretty basic question, but I've searched Google and the Jeep Forums and am coming away with conflicting answers. What is the correct (original) pressure for a 2001 XJ radiator cap?

I've recently bought my XJ, but want to flush the system before summer. It shows no bad signs right now and this is preventative.

Most answers suggest that it would originally have been fitted with a 16psi cap. I like the Stant caps with the red lever.

Would that be correct please? Thanks!!

96 to 01 = 16lbs.
91 to 95 = 13lbs.
