i have the coil on plug for my 2000 xj and want to kno what to do for a tune up for it?

plugs man, quick and easy. good idea to do fuel filter if its old, check your air filter and all that, but plugs is it.

i cant find a fuel filter for my jeep at the part store. says none serviceable. any help?

It's in the fuel tank with the pump. It is not serviceable. You change the filter when the fuel pump needs to be replaced.

If you use off brand gas sometimes then youy should install an inline fuel filter as well as the intank one. JMHO
