Default Cooling system leak no parts known

Hey guys, can anyone tell me what the part pictured is and what its called?
Where can i find this thing?!

I'm guessing one would need to simply remove the dead hose and put in a new one, add some coolant for whats lost.

Speaking of coolant, what does this thing take?

Where at on the hose is it leaking? And you can just take it in to a parts store and they can match the size and cut you a piece.

That is the coolant overflow hose. As coolant expands, it empties into the overflow reservoir. Check the parts store. IIRC, its 3/8" ID hose. Do not use washer hose. Replace the fan shroud, too. Those fan blades look hungry.

This is the best car forum ever. I used to have a BMW. and every answer was
" take it to a certified mechanic to fix it"

Any other surprises in terms of what might happen next once this hose is fixed?
