Default cooling system flush

I bought one of those little "T" kits, to splice into the heater hose, to fluish my cooling system,.
The anti freeze is really dirty.
Ummm, I know I put the garden hose on the little fitting, and turn it on. Engine running?
And where do I let it come pouring out?
ANd just keep doing it until it comes clear?

For the love of god, do not forget to remove your radiator cap!!! I forgot to remove mine and blew the freeze plugs right out of my block and head. Engine running, water running, heater on full blast, with the radiator cap removed. Run until no more crap comes out

Take the flush kit back and get a refund. With the motor off, remove the heater hose and top rad hose from the t-stat cover and remove the bottom rad hose from the water pump. Stick a garden hose in the heater hose, then in the heater hose nipple on the t-stat cover, then in the top rad hose.

Yeah, the guy at the store told me to take the rad cap off, and let it pour out. I wanted to see if he was right! He said just put the hose on the fitting, and let it rip! Mine needs done bady! The last owner must have never did it, and it is very filthy. I think he used some type of stop leak too, because there is silver particles, and muck in it.
