195 It will run rich at 180. That kind of stuff only works on carbureted engines and those with special programing for the ECM. Follow the advice and try to jump the evan directly. It sounds like it is toast. If id doesn't come on then, replace it.

With heated O2's, systems enter closed loop and engines operate lean and clean way before normal coolant temp is reached. Less air pollution and a good running engine, even when cold.

For your vehicle to run the best and to not run the whole time thinking its not at operating temp you need to keep a stock stat in it.
