cooling problem solved
After doing the cluster swap, the gauge climbed almost to the red. Shut it off and began reading. Ordered new shroud, as it was MIA, and bought a new Hayden zj fan clutch. Installed new 180 thermostat with 1/8 holes, purged the system....gauge reads between the 210 and next white light line idling with hood down after 10 min. Took a temp reading at the housing, with the highest being 217, and 199 at the gauge sensor.
