Default cooling problem

94' 4.0. I was having some temp issues, the jeep had a new radiator to start, i replaced the coolant sensor(s), and thermostat, then i could hear the water pump making noise, so i replaced the pump, it is still running above 230, we flushed the system, and pressure tested it. There are no other signs of possible issues, checked the oil, clean, no sign of coolant thinking possible cracked/warped head/waterjacket, but no internal/external leaks!!!!! WTH?????

Check the auxillary fan, it should kivk on around 210. Also check your coolant hoses, they can get gummed up and restrict coolant flow.

If u don't know how old it is, presume it's bad/weak. Fan clutch performance degrades slowly with time/miles.

Look at the bright side, new fan clutch doesn't require coolant drain/refill. LOL
