Default Cooling fan wont engage-95 cherokee

I replaced the radiator on my 95 cherokee, everything went great, but now the ac fan wont come on. I had this problem before(normally not with replacing anything first), and I changed the relay in the box, then it worked. I replaced it again but this time it did not. Any help would be appreciated, I'm thinking something happened when I replaced the radiator and disconnected the fan. It runs great and does not overheat so I'm not thinking its the temp sensor.

if you unplug the temp sensor, will the fan come on? blown fuse? can you jump a wire to the fan to see if it turns?

Check the pins/wire in the connector to the fan. I had the same problem and found one of the wires inside the connector broke away from the pin. There was no way of knowing this as everything looked new and in good condition... until I pulled on the wire.

Maybe between removing and installing the fan the same thing happened. It will work intermittently.

I checked the connector- it seemed fine. Where exactly is the temp sensor? I just tinker around and can do most stuff on this jeep, but I don't have electrical equipment to check things, just ingenuity and a brain. I just took off the NSS and cleaned it to resolve a starting in neutral only issue, and to my surprise it starts great now. If I unplug the temp sensor will that allow the fan to come on? Thanks for all your help guys.

Directly on the front of the motor, slightly to the right. Follow your 2 heater core hoses to the thermostat housing. The temp sensor is screwed into that piece. If you remove the connector, the fan will turn on. The sensor should kick the fan off at 218 deg. Removing the connector simulates this. If it doesn't turn on, you should jump the fan from battery power to test the fan.
