I have a '96 Jeep Cherokee with an overheating problem. Coolant is leaking from a weep hole high up on the engine between the fuel injectors. I know the water pump has a weep hole but this is a long way from there and higher. Any ideas?

 

Headgasket maybe? A pic is worth 1K words.

 

Apparently not a weep hole, just a hole. See pics

 

Pretty much certain that is a Freeze plug and is not good when there is a hole in it.

 

Yep, freeze plug, might as well replace them all while your there.

 

open and shut case replace them all like stated above.
