1990 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Pioneer.
I have been dealing with this for months now:
My jeep starts fine when cold and drives fine up until running temp (~210).
At this point, if the accelerator is pressed too quickly the car will die (like literally any change faster than feathering).
I tried literally everything...
Ground Refreshing, Relay refreshing, Testing with another ECU, TPS, IAC, MAP, CPS, IAT, Fuel Pump/Filter, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Injectors, Ignition Coil, Distributor, Spark plugs, O2 Sensor, Knock Sensor.... I could go on.
I finally found a thread with someone with the same issue, they recommended unplugging the coolant sensor (the one on the side of the engine block).
It worked and the car stopped dying.
So I put in a new sensor.... and the car dies again. Stopped right in the middle of the highway on me!
I jumped out and unplugged it and it started right back up and drove home fine.
I recently had a mechanic replace a cracked exhaust manifold and that's when the issue started.
Does anyone have any advice on this? I am at a loss and I feel like without this sensor the car is not running at 100%.

I think I'd have a real good look at the wiring to the sensor. Make sure it didn't get pinched, yanked, or sitting too close to the exhaust manifold. Same for the o2 and crank sensor wiring.
