coolant not getting to radiator

Welp my jeep has been overheating. first thing i changed my t stat but that didn't work. i can touch my radiator and its completely cool to the touch lol also my heater isn't working anymore so could it be my water pump? any help would be wonderful

okay, what i had to with my 90(closed cooling system) was to pop the radiator hoses off and to feed the coolant through.

Gotta new stat but how old are other cooling system components? Water pumps that look like this don't make for good coolant flow. Water pump could be fine but the rad is plugged. Time for a little maintenance?
