You're going to have do do some diagnostic yourself and find out exactly where it's coming from before we can help you.

There are too many possibilities right now.

Since its pouring out when you shut it off, wouldn't that indicate the coolant returning to the reservoir and most likely be coming from there? Just a thought, but thats where I would start.

I had the same problem. First I changed the thermostat but that didn't help. Than I changed out the fan clutch, this seemed to solve my problem.
OP is your fan clutch still original?

another possible is the heater control valve, ive replaced mine 6 times and it always leaks at a stop unless i have the heat on. again like mentioned before, try and locate where the leak is coming from (pass or driver side, front or rear of the engine area)

This was just happening to me, it would leak when I stopped under the passenger firewall. Couldn't find where it was coming from at first, then I found a pinhole leak in the upper rad hose that was running along a bracket to leak there. You just have to trace it back.

Very true it can run down and end up somewhere no where close to the location of the leak. The heater control valve will be leaking pass side near the fire wall as well.

You need to find out where it's coming from. That is the number one thing to do.

If it is only leaking when not running then is probably the water pump seal ( it is under a vacuum while the engine is running then when your shut the engine off it's pressurized )
Follow the lower radiator hose up to the water pump and see if the leak is coming from the weep hole behind the water pump, if so then it's the seal!

No, the water pump does not create pressure or vacuum. It only moves water.
