Default control arm help!

Hey guys I just got done replacing my oil pan gasket. Well when I did the gasket I had to remove the lower control arms to get it out. Well I was able to get the driver side back in but the passanger side is giving me a bit of an issue. It seems to be to far forward for the bolt to go back in. My question is any advice on how to get the axle forward to where the control arm should go ?

I was thinking of using a ratchet strap im just not sure what to hook it to to make it move the axle with out bending or messing something up. Its parked in front of the garage and theres not much i can put a strap to. I was thinking of backing up and seeing if the axle will move up enough to help me out.

Just find a solid hole to hook in to on the front of the Jeep under the bumper area. It shouldn't have to be shifted that far, you could probably just loop it around the front sway bar. It's only there until you slide the bolt back in which should only be a about a minute. If you need to pull the axle back toward the rear, there are many holes along the uni-rails.
