I noticed the sound for about 1/4 of a revolution of the rotor and then it went silent so it was almost as if there was a high spot on the caliper or something.

You read waaaay to far into my post, I'm not even sure why you thought a PM was necessary. Seems kinda emo to me, but who am I to judge?

Take a chill pill, man, and relax. I wasn't out to hurt your feelings.

When you did the pads did you swap rotors?

It does indeed sound like a high spot, maybe look for a spot that is shiny as something could be rubbing other than the wear pin.

And those pads look real fresh, so I'm thinking it can't be the wear pin unless the pin was made too long?

I never actually changed them myself I've just got all the service records from the person who had it before me.

It appears that the Front brake discs were resurfaced at 58,000 in addition to new front brake rotos.

I am going to take a closer look this weekend. However, it seems like there is just a high spot. Anything else I should look for? Also, if it's a high spot, what would be the next step?

If its a high spot and its already been "turned" your best bet would be to get a new rotor, which isn't too expensive.

The way I see it, if it warps once, its gonna keep doing it. There is already a weak spot, so why continue to use the same rotor if you can get a new one for as little as $30?
