I've brought this up before and have done moderate searching and can't seem to figure out what's going on. New IAC, new O2, new MAP, new TPS, TB cleaned, new CCV valves and hoses, and NO SIGN of a vacuum leak anywhere. Where is my idle speed supposed to be at? Complete tune-up recently (plugs, wires, rotor/cap/seafoam, etc). Oh, and the ECU has been reset properly...no codes...

Any ideas?

 

check your voltage at the IAC

maybe a bad part even if its new.

also is your butterfly closing properly (no gaps)

you have a vacuum leak somewhere....

 

Have you checked the vacuum canister egg thing in the bumper? When I cut my fenders I pulled it out and mine had a big chunk out of it!

My idle used to be like 1000+ in drive on the brake, 1400 in park after warm.

I removed the canister completely, along with cruise that didn't work and hooked the line from the engine up to the line going into the firewall for the heater controls.

No problems removing that thing. idle 700 in drive and 1000 in park when warm.

It sounds like you've done everything else, which so have I (or cleaned and confirmed good) and mines purrrrring now.
