Default condensation

Hi all, I have a 99xj sport and have not used my a/c yet this year, and in the last couple weeks I've noticed a pretty large amount of water coming from my passenger side frame frame rail, has anyone come across this before? Thanks in advance!

Have you been using the defroster, it uses the AC also?

Yes, I have, but is draining from the frame rail a cause for concern? Or should I try to redirect the hose? I does have one bolt that is rusted on my passenger seat? Just don't know if this is normal

I put a foot of hose on the outlet as I don't like running water through the unit body.
