your choice , think it over. its hard to get at the vent all around but necessary.
check the special paint brush!
Well how did you seal the hole you cut?

So it turns out that the water leak was not from the cowl, but actually the windshield itself! Upon having that replaced, then drying out the interior (took the dash apart for air flow) with electric heaters. Everything is running 100%
