Hey Everybody,

Look forward to utilizing this site for reference on my new 98 cherokee sport. Just put brand new brake lines, calipers, rotors, pads, shoes, and drums on the ol' girl. Bled the brakes like usual and something popped and my brake light came on in the dash. So I have been having a super hard time getting any resistance on the pedal. I just went out and bought a master cylinder and still have the same issues!!! Could it be that there is just a lot of air in the new lines or perhaps maybe something is up with the brake booster?

Did you bench bleed the new M/C?

Is there a puddle of fluid under the rig?

Did you check for fluid in the brake booster?
