Default Cold draft hwy speeds

In trying to source this cold draft if air I feel from the driverside. It's cold my feet are really cold as if outside air is hitting them. It doesn't seem to be coming from the console vent. But it feels cold down and to the left by the hood latch. I can feel air. But upon inspection down there, no cracks nothing is torn up. Not sure if anyone has experienced this. I could just stick a rag down there but I'd prefer not to do that.

My first guess is the foam behind the inside wheel well at the back of the fender in front of the door.
I could not find you a good shot. This is a screen shot off the Bleepin'Jeep video on how to remove a fender.
The only time you can really see it is just that small section I circled.

Pretty much runs the length of the fender and door top to bottom.
Here is a shot of what it looks like out of the Jeep.

Those were in my Jeep when I was doing some work up front.
The smaller piece is glued to the bigger piece. With age they separate. On top of that it is flimsy has hell and just twists out of the position it is in.
I bought a 3" diameter pool noodle, cut it to the appropriate length and cut the diameter in half.

Wedged it in there best I could.
Only way to access that, assuming that is where the air is coming from, is to remove the inner plastic fender well.

Are your floorboards rusted out? Pull your carpet back and take a look.

If it's a manual check the rubber boot around the shifter. The air will shoot up around the shifter and out from under the center console and swirl around in the floor boards.

Do autos have a rubber boot too? Not sure how they look under the console

Also check the door seals and the rubber boot for wires in the door jams.
