coil springs new vs old
On the average, how much would you expect a coil spring to settle over time?
I have 2 inch spacers to put on my xj, but a broken spring, so I'm going to replace both of them. Would there be a noticable difference in height between new and used coils?

I guess another question is how long it takes them to sag.
I can save 50 bucks by getting used coils, but if they are shorter than new ones it would hardly seem worth the savings.
Or am I just overthinking this
Id hate to use a short coil and my spacer just to get the height of a stock coil
