I used GC springs combined with a 1.75" coil spacer and I got 3" of lift.

Thanks guys - glad to hear theyll fit!. And if they do give me a bit of lift, then I'll def need to do the leafs next.. the back ends already lower than the front as it is.

I am about to do this & have the V8-ZJ coils already. Supposed to be getting the same spacers & trying for 3" lift to match the 3" bastard pack rear lift I already did.

Look into a "bastard pack" leaf mod. I did the one with leafs from an Isuzu Rodeo that worked well & is exactly 3".

4.3LXJ was the one who figured it out. It's a nice spring rate, not too stiff.

The coil springs Im picking up are also ZJ's - let me know how you get on with your spacers Buckshot, cause Im now seriously thinking going that route myself (might as well when ive got the springs off!). Nice tip about the Isuzu Rodeo leaf pack.. I live in the UK so Im always looking for vehicles with compatible parts that are easily available this side of the pond.. a lot of the trucks mentioned on the forum you just dont see over here. But Isuzu's.. we got loads!. Thanks for the advice.

How did you set up the rodeo leaf pack to get 3"? Im looking to do mine soon, my stock leafs are sagging. I've heard the S10s work well but more options would be better.

you guys know that rusty's 3" coils (really 3.5") are $100 and are 150lb spring rate just like stock XJ's

http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchan...ory_Code=COILS

Bastard packs can vary depending on what condition both packs are. I used the whole s10 pack under my main and got 3.5" even

Any leaf spring that 2.5 inches wide will work its just what you end up with at the end is where you will have to do the old trail and error trick to see what you end up with.
