Coil Isolator install question

Having a problem getting my Coil Isolator on.
Don't tell me to search I am tired and just don't feel like it.
Anyway can't get it over the bell part. Is that removable want to know before I mess it up trying lol. Fricken Hot in Kentucky today.
Thanks for whatever help or secrets you can offer me.

LUbe was the first thing I tried give me a lil more credit than that lol.
Like I said on NAXJA I followed craigs advice and Grinded the lip then pried it over.
But the Isolator doesn't sit flush I thinking maybe I should have wallowed out one side of it so it would. Or maybe there are bushings or something that sit on top of it I bought OEM but they are different than what I had... Darn thing is pissing me off. Oh well No for the driver's side.
