codes and high idle

codes and high idle
I have a 2001 cherokee currently showing 3 codes P0122, P0158, and P0161. The engine is also idling very high after running for a few minutes it is at about 3100 rpm. i did install a glasspack muffler, and had the entire exhaust manifold removed. the issues are since this work was done. any thoughts on what is going on would be helpful.
